Goodbye 2020, Hello 2021

There is no doubt that 2020 presented us all with new challenges. With many countries introducing nationwide lockdowns and restricting travel, face-to-face meetings were postponed, delayed or cancelled. With the emergence of a global health crisis, it became increasingly important to find ways to ensure healthcare professionals stayed connected. As a result, more people were looking to online solutions, and The Corpus team have been happy to offer our expertise.

We have worked with clients to move face-to-face meetings online and to plan new and exciting virtual medical education programmes, advisory boards, preceptorships and MSL training, and they have been met with overwhelmingly positive responses. This year is proof that virtual meetings, when done well, can be just as effective as face-to-face meetings, just look at the feedback:

  • 97% Would recommend to others
  • 78.5% Intent to make a change
  • 61% Felt more confident
  • 83% Rated Corpus meetings above other med ed meetings they’ve attended
  • 96% MSL’s feel that HCP’s value Corpus meetings
  • 13 Therapy areas were covered

Like everyone else we are looking forward to a new year and with it a new normal. If we have learnt anything from this year, it is that everyone has become much more familiar and receptive to online meetings, and they are here to stay! We are proud to be working with industry professionals and global experts to continue the evolution of healthcare, and make a difference to patient outcomes worldwide.
